We offer four packages for sponsors. The number of Title, Gold, and Silver Sponsor is limited in order to maximise the return.
- Exclusive naming rights for the regatta (Your-Brand Wingfoil Regatta Nelson 2026)
- Prominent branding on all promotional materials
- Links on online media (website, social media, and newsletter)
- Press coverage, min. one statement in media report on event announcement and recap
- Three free social media posts of your choice on our channels
- Two articles of your choice in our newsletter to around 1,000 club members and users
- A prime booth location at the venue
- Front spots for signage and banners (to be provided by sponsor)
- Opportunity to address the audience during the opening ceremony and at prize giving
- Two free regatta entries and free dinners at social event on Saturday
One exclusive partner, NZD 4,000 cash
- Branding on all promotional materials
- Links on online media (website, social media, and newsletter)
- Two free social media posts of your choice on our channels
- One articles of your choice in our newsletter to 1,000 club members and users
- A prime booth location at the venue
- Spots for signage and banners (to be provided)

Up to three partners only, NZD 2,000 in products, services, and or cash
- Branding on all promotional materials
- Links on online media (website, social media, and newsletter)
- Spots for signage and banners (to be provided)
Up to six partners, NZD 1,000 in products, services, and or cash
In-kind sponsorships are available for products such as trophies, medals, promotional items, food and beverage for sell on the days, and more. These sponsors will be recognized on our website and social media channels.
What is the timeline?
We propose the following timeline for the sponsorship package:
- July 2025: Contract signing and agreement
- August 2025: Branding and marketing initiatives launch
- September 2025: Event promotion and marketing campaigns begin
- January 2026: Final event preparations complete
